- Is there a parking lot?
- We do not offer a parking lot on premises. Guests are welcome to make use of the paid parking lots in the vicinity.
- I plan to bring my child with me to the hotel; can my child sleep with me?
- No additional fees apply for children under elementary school age if they share a bed with you. For children of elementary school age and older, additional fees apply for bedding.
- If I am staying for multiple days in a row, can I use my room in the afternoon?
- We do not allow delivery services or food sent to the hotel.
- What time is check-in/check-out?
- Check in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- Do you accept credit cards?
- Yes, we accept the following cards: UFJ, NICOS, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, UC, JCB, American Express, and Union Pay. We do not accept gift cards issued by credit card providers.
- Do cancellation fees apply?
- For parties of seven or fewer people, cancellation fees apply for cancellations made on the day prior to the booking and thereafter. The basis for cancellation fees is below.

- Is internet available in the hotel?
- The hotel has Wi-Fi facilities throughout.
*Internet is provided free of charge; no warranties are made as to uniform connectivity on all connections. As a rule, we do not offer support for connections to VPNs. Note that the use of file-sharing or P2P software within the hotel can inconvenience other guests and is not permitted. In the event of malfunction to the network, we may impose restrictions. If a guest has made slanderous, libelous, or illegal posts on a specific message board (for example, 2chan) from a guest room and we have been subject to an IP address level block from the Internet provider, some sites may be inaccessible. The hotel waives all liability for damages resulting from slow connectivity or failure to connect.
- Can you hold my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
- Yes, we can. Note, however, that we cannot hold valuables and fragile luggage. We ask that all luggage stored at the front desk be collected by your final date of check-out.
- Can I send my luggage on ahead of me to the hotel?
- Yes, you can. To send your luggage, write the guest’s name and check-in date on the shipping label. Note that we cannot accept parcels delivered COD or payable to the recipient.
- Can my pet accompany me?
- We apologize, but pets are not allowed at the hotel. Note that seeing-eye and service dogs are permitted.
